Mysuru Dasara is the "Nadahabba" or the State-Festival of the State of Karnataka. Also called as "Navaratri" meaning Nine-Nights, it is a 10-day festival, celebrated with utmost grandeur gaiety in the city of Mysuru. The Dasara festivities have a very long and rich history of more than 400 years.
